yes it is, it makes me think another whole blog thing. I'm not using the paid subscription and I don't think I will unless I'm earning money from my blog LOL.
I don't think there'll be any difference even if it's under US law, coz now governments across the globe are looking for any loopholes for them to rip off more money from common people...
