hmmm i dont know, i think it's just to dramatize the whole situation... we usually sign lots of forms before any operation procedure done, but in drama we hardly see them sign any forms ne.. (unless it's Western series LOL)... well the less emo doctors in the team are soejima & komaki only. the rest are driven by their past or pure symphaty (esp pretty doctor) hahaha... but that's what drama is all about hahaha...
