So, Matsujun has been eating healthy. One of them is the veggie juice for breakfast. And now he's showing off his original recipe?
Well, it's simple, take a block of tofu, add on kimchi, natto, onion and bonito flakes and some sesame on top. And Matsujun just lost 3 kg by eating like this.

Me: I'll try tomorrow, so I have to go buy all those... ugh, must travel a bit tomorrow then LOL...

i cant imagine the taste..maybe since i dislike kimchi :D
but i think i will try this if i really wanna reduce my weight :D

i only see the onion is cooked in the pic, the rest looked raw, anyhow i'll be doing the experiment to see whether its edible for me XD, i dont like natto, so... yeah lol

natto is ok for me but kimchi,,,i only can eat at some restaurant :P although kimchi is everywhere in korea :P

i only like kimchi from some places, often if u buy from supermarket, it reeks chemical lol, so...
but natto.... maybe i just tried the wrong brand n got traumatized hahaaaa
