This time I have all the ingredients, so I can appreciate the recipe more. One Dish always motivates me to try the recipe because, they're relatively easy, not that expensive (compare to SMAPxSMAP's) and most important, yummy! Trust V6's riida to deliver this with his cute smile XD..

Ingredients:
2 eggs - beat
1 bitter gourd (about 100 gr) - take out the inner part and cut about 0.5cm width)
150gr tofu - cut cubes
150gr sliced pork belly
120gr kimchi
1.5 tsp Soy sauce
Bonito flakes as needed
How to:
1. On a wok, stir fry the egg until looks fluffy (as if you're doing scramble egg), set aside

2. On the same wok, add in the pork, when it's half cooked, set the meat to the other half of the wok and add in tofu on the other half. Cook tofu until well done and add on bitter gourd

3. When the bitter gourd is half cooked, add on kimchi and start tossing and stir fry until well done and put back the egg and break the egg to be more scramble and add soy sauce
4. When serving, add on Bonito flakes
It's so easy and it tasted nice and healthy! I use yuzu ponzu so it's more refreshing. The kimchi added texture to the whole dish, without the kimchi, I think the dish will taste dull and look boring (less color).
Do try it, it may change how you feel about biter gourd (goya in Japanese).
