spsnAnother episode where I don't need to work my brain so much because most of it is in English LOL... and the best thing is that this episode is so much fun! I respect Hugh Jackman even more after this episode. He's really respectful of SMAP and engaged all members into the topics and conversation and you can just see that all of them were enjoying the segment and just had fun. He even engaged the audience, which is quite rare for Western guest. No wonder he always appear in SxS (well, apart from him being famous himself).
When the guest appeared, it's Hugh Jackman. Yay! And he greeted SMAP one by one by first name. That's a nice gesture!
His humour is funny too that he hasn't eaten anything since the last appearance LOL and now he wanted to have the best Tempura.
Talking about the latest Wolverine installment where most of the setting is in Japan. One of the location is Shinjuku and they shot it during rush hours. There're so many people and perhaps the audiences may even be captured in the movie XD. It's a nice way to engage the audience, me like.
Hugh teased the member who's cooking at the moment because that particular member will just keep his mouth shut and cook, concentrating. I can understand why they're all concentrating. It's oil in front of them LOL...
Hugh was impressed with how Japanese can sleep in straight manner and Shingo quickly demonstrated it, much to Hugh's amusement. <3
Ingredients: Kisu, japanese ginger (myouga), and ohba leaves aka Perilla.
And Tsuyoppon cooly added on salt with his 'special' salt dispenser to suit the 'wolverine' theme. You gotta LOL at Tsuyoppon's face.
I think Subarashii is Hugh's pet Japanese word LOL, he said it A LOT in this episode. Seems that he knows some other words too, masaka, he learned Nihongo? I won't be surprised though.
Another nice gesture from Hugh. Nakai was coughing and Hugh noticed it and gestured him to drink. me: d'aawwww.
Story on climbing Mt Fuji. Hugh asked whether the members climbed Mt Fuji before and whether it's straight going up or not. Shingo just went back after the 8th station XD.
Goro went to the top on private trip, not for SmaSma.
Still on Mt Fuji, Hugh was amused with the notice announcement to pay 200Yen for toilet use on the 8th station and the way he imitated the announcement amused Kimutaku.
Nakai coughed for the second time. Now Hugh started teasing him saying that Nakai looked tired and maybe over worked therefore should take a break and he would take over the owner role. And the members agreed completely LOL.
<3 How they all look at the kuruma ebi tempura that Tsuyoppon whip up XD...
Ingredients: Kuruma ebi, Saimaki ebi, Shiba ebi, and yuba (bean curd skin)
The sauce: Ten tsuyu, ginger, oroshi
Hugh's acknowledgement that in the US, there's no such show like SmaSma and they should have one. To which Kimutaku quickly told him to be the host. Hugh: Hai? LOL!!!
Kimutaku, you must be proud!
To add on to SMAP's ego, Hugh added on that the boys sing, act, COOK, and Nakai whispering: MC MC LOL...
And there's no such group like this in the US... off course Hugh, but there're TONS of them in Japan and you should appear in THEIR show too... hint: AniShi! LOL
Nakai pointed out that Tsuyoppon cross dress, to Hugh's amusement, and emphasize that he's the worst cross dresser. Tsuyoppon pointed out that Shingo is the best.
Off course trained from being Shingo mama pays off ne? hehehe...
What about Kimutaku? Kimutaku answered coolly, he'll cross dress when it's needed *gah, kakkoii*. Hint to Hugh: youtube beyoncee's crazy in love LOL
Story on how Hugh started acting. He made a change in major during university time from journalism to acting and he was 21. Kimutaku in 'hate to lose' mode quickly pointed out that Shingo started from age 12 LOL.
Hugh: 12?????
Kimutaku: LOLLLL *happy*
Ingredients: Hamo fish, matsutake mushroom, clam
Sauce: Sudachi & salt
Ingredients: A: Block of pork, onion, ginger, chinese soup; B: tomato, salt, olive oil C: mozzarella cheese, anchovy
pork slices, asparagus
Sauce: Ponzu, oroshi, grated garlic, red bud, purple bud (have no idea what's this), chives
Hugh can't take spicy food, but Wolverine can LOL

Hugh's karaoke story where he had to sing Olivia Newton John's part of Grease song. Kimutaku pointed out that Hugh also becomes a lady on private time, which was replied with confidence, off course! LOL
Shingo's creation *drool!!!!*
Oh, Hugh didn't like uni and Shingo's dish changed his view on uni! Sugoi!
Shingo's other creation is mango custard tempura *double drool*. And Hugh liked mango!
We know who's the winner already LOL
Goro reminded Hugh that he still had to cook LOL!!!
Ingredients: Scallops, uni, seaweed, mitsuba
Ingredients: Mango, Mint, Catallana (aka custard)
Hugh was a yoyo champion story... to which SMAP requested some demonstration while Goro's cooking. Goro protested that he has to move his cooking area for the demonstration and he would cook in front of nobody XD...
Hugh's playing with the thermometer (I want that gadget, but it's not cheap T__T).
