... aka Aiba-chan playing house episode XD... Show, this is the reason why I like to watch Aiba Manabu, it's informative, funny, lots of cuteness, not so loud and ... LOTS OF CUTENESS. Aiba-chan-Watabe-Sawabe combi is the best combi so far and this episode affirms this, and I seriously hope the staff realizes it and not to use 4 boys format except for segments with competition in it (and to ban Takeyama from this show), I'm mean but that's how I feel as audience LOL. Aiba-chan laughed and giggled a lot here, I'd think he's more at ease when it's only 3 members and each of them have enough air time to speak.

I like the beginning part of information:

First, most of Japanese turn on their ofuro at around 40C with majority of 27% like it at 42C. So that also means that they use the water with same temperature to wash their hair too, but is it good for the hair? We have the comparison of what water temperature suitable for washing hair. 36.5C and below is too cold so the oil and dirt are left behind even after washing... hmmm...

If it's 40C and above, it's also not good because your scalp will be damaged, but at least the dirt are washed away. So, the right temperature is 38C... One thing they don't explain though, how do you know that the water is 38C if you don't have the thermometer thingy, which is the case for most bathroom outside Japan household.

Second is what you've always been told every time you buy supplement, at least at GNC brand shops, 'do not eat your medicines/supplements with tea/coffee.' Why, though? We have the reason here. Tea and coffee contain caffeine hence mix with meds, there are cases of insomnia. What about fruit juice, in particular grapefruit juice? Especially if you drink medicine for colesterol or blood pressure meds, there will be some side effects, so you better don't try it XD.

How about alcohol since Japanese love their biiru so much? It's not good for your liver. Look at the pic, self explanatory, so don't even try XD.

Ah, it's only 3 of them, YEY! it's gonna be fun.
So, according to Aiba-chan, today's lesson is about lifestyle, in which Watabe protests that it's too harsh on him... he's 41 after all LOL.

First case, we have shirts from dry-cleaning. Where do we usually store this?

Love this startled surprise reaction! cuteness!

Aiba-chan: Sensei is the person who's having the most fun from this (showing up from nowhere, where the least expected by Aiba-chan to be exact)? XD. Good job sensei, keep it up!

Aiba-chan playing house #1: he stack all the shirts into the tupple ware and put it in the cup board.

And off course it's wrong! bubuuu.... Watabe is also wrong...

What's the correct answer? You'd need to wash it... WHAT??? then what's the point of sending it to the cleaner?
So, it's because usually the cleaner will use starch to make the shirt look neat. The problem is the starch, it's moth's food. Hence to prevent moth's eating your clothes, you have to use it. Alternatively, you can request the cleaner to not use the starch... hmm... possible...
me: but i like that neat look LOL

Next is the scenario of husband comeback from work, where do you put his jacket?

You'll see this bewildered face often in this episode because the scenario just stop like that, open ended LOL

Yeah, where you're going to put the jacket?

So, we have Watabe and Sawabe playing the couple XD....

Aiba-chan is just happy that he's not the one playing house here LOL...
After we take off the jacket, what shall we do with it? close the button, check the pockets...

And you'll see this cute giggling... basically Aiba-chan is just LOL-ing here... it's all because of Sawabe's face prompting that there's something in the jacket's pocket suggesting that Watabe has an...affair LOL

The skit ended up with rebanira dish (liver and spring onion --> delicious!) for today's dinner, copy from the scenario LOL
So they go straight to the answer, before everything, patt off the jacket with towel to release the dust smell and...

hang outside the closet for half and hour before put it in the closet. This way, it'll release off the dust, and smell.
for me? I just have another closet to store all those stuff already wore, waiting to be washed LOL...

Next is the mayonnaise case.... the mom bought too much mayo and the ending...

is yet another open ended hehehe...

So, where will you store those bottles of mayo?

Aiba-chan playing house #2: wow that many mayo hahaha...

1 bottle for use, the way he put the bottle is just LOL...

The rest goes to freezer, and it ends with 'gohan da yo'... so cute...

Off course it's BUUUU... Sawabe gets it close... by putting the rest in the cupboard...

Mayo consist of vinegar, oil and egg yolk, so it'll separate if it's not stored properly. The correct answer is to store them in cool dark place aka under your sink...
me: but sensei, that's where i store all the cleaning detergents and stuff... not for food >__<
moral of the story: only buy ONE bottle at a time!

Next, we have daddy buying a little too much biiru for the family aka himself.

Bonus pretty side view... basically Watabe got a boooo...

Next is Sawabe, and he's acting like a dorobo with the 'gesu' end sentence, I don't really get this but it really makes Aiba-chan LOL (look at that)

Lol died down a bit...

but LOL again coz Sawabe use that 'gesu' again...

Sawabe gets it right! Yeyy!!! So what's the answer? put those that you want to drink at...

the door pocket and those that you're not going to drink yet inside the fridge to maintain the quality.

Japanese is very particular with their biiru... storage temprature will be 4-6C in summer, and 6-8C in winter... wow... I just stock my biiru anywhere I can fit in my fridge LOL...

Next is when should you brush your teeth after eating sweet stuff, eg. purin in the scenario?

Aiba-chan answer... brush your teeth together as family LOL... and off course...

WRONG!!!

And so does Watabe, Sawabe was close...

The answer is that you should brush your teeth 30 minutes after you eat, but why not immediately?

Sweet stuff contains lots of acit, hence those acid will dissolve on the teeth's surface. During that time if we brush our teeth immediately, it'll hurt the enamel, but if we wait 30 minutes, it's already calcified, hence it's protected from brushing.

Last scenario, when your eyes hurt from reading too much, how you'd apply the eye meds?

Aiba-chan playing house #3: Aiba-chan concentrating reading a book... but soon his eyes are hurting XD...

he asked Watabe mama to put the eye meds for him... buuuuu, cute though hehe...

Now it's Watabe's turn... how? after such a drama face...

still buuuu...

so what's the right way? When you put the eye med, put it 1 eye by 1 eye, then wait 1 minute each time, if you don't wait, the eye meds will flow down together with your tears... naruhodo...

See you next week... XD
I'm glad that I get to see cheery Aiba-chan again, I guess it's related to the topic, and who his partners are... on top of lots of other things... I can't wait for the tamagoyaki episode...
