spsnI can't resist because... Aiba-chan + farm + soft ice cream <3<3<3<3<3<3
As usual, his tension is very high, he really enjoy shooting these te-tsukuri stuff... happy for him XD
High tension Aiba-chan, it's summer already and it's hot. They're dressed with long sleeved uniform because they're in the farm... Today's topic is soft cream!
Ice cream and soft ice cream is the same except...
The temprature, notice the difference... -5C for soft ice cream and -20C for ice cream...
Well, we don't need to go that far to make our own soft ice cream, but this is Aiba Manabu, te-tsukuri means, seriously from scratch, the ingredients...
Aiba-chan: Let's milk the cow!
1 cow per day can produce about 30L... wow!
Aiba-chan, what are you doing???
Proof that Aiba-chan is strong... that 1 block of grass is 20kg! Even Sawabe struggled to carry that block, let alone Watabe who just dropped the block and say 'MURI' LOL
Our pretty boy doing manly stuff... yum...
Watabe don't take the shit and just use tractor to carry the grass blocks.
Takeyama: if people from drama 'From the northern country' see you, they'll say, 'Tokyo kids'

Aiba-chan got excited milking the cow and something crossed his mind...
Aiba-chan: hey, this feels like kids'... then he laugh himself... LOL... Aiba-chan, you always think of something perverted unintentionally LOL, well, you're not wrong, but... LOL, and the smile is super shining haha...

First they make the cones... seriously, all from scratch!
Cone ingredients: egg white, sugar, melted butter & plain flour
You have to use the wafel machine to make this and quickly after it's done (2 minutes), take out and shape it to cone...
They make Sawabe be the guinea pig and ask him to make everything by himself without help, then make fun of the result as Sawabe cup... these dorks <3
After that, they say they'll help each other
Sawabe: What the heck?? Only me (have to do it myself)!
When it's Aiba-chan's turn, the rest put him under pressure.
Sawabe: you've seen it done 3 times, you cannot fail
Aiba-chan wanted to make a super huge cone (ambitious) LOL
When it's the time to shape the cone, the rest make noise and talk at the same time...
Aiba-chan: URUSAI! (noisy!)
And because all the ruckus, he almost dropped his cone and as the result, his cone chipped...
The chipped cone hehehe...
So, we have 2 teams, Aiba-chan & Takeyama made Milk flavor while Watabe & Sawabe team made Chocolate flavor
Am skipping the theory & how to make it by machine
First, dissolve gelatin on the lukewarm milk
Then add on, sugar & fresh cream
Add salt on the bowl of ice cube, this will simulate the ice cream machine.
Place the milk bowl on top of the ice bowl and start wisking.
See? the theory is the same.
For chocolate flavor, before whisking, add the chocolate.
They keep on commenting that this is good activity for family...
I agree, especially if you have active kids, make them whisk the thing and it'll tire them for awhile haha!
After 20min... even Aiba-chan need to take turns with Takeyama to do this hahaha...
For the shape of soft ice cream, put the ice cream on the piping bag (use star tip) and pipe it to the cone...

How to make the mix flavor? They use 2 piping bag and combine it into 1 huge piping bag.
They made green tea & black sesame flavor. YUM!!!
