For this episode, I'll just run through the home garden recipe, the rest of the segment is about what you can see using remote control heli and it doesn't interest me at all. If you feel like seeing the boys being hyper over the sceneries plus Aiba-chan and Sawabe getting hyper riding jet coaster then you can continue watching. What we get from this segment is that remote control heli can be used to capture similar sceneries as if you're riding the real life helicopter.

Meet Shisho (I love this leaves BUT it's bloody expensive in Singapore T__T). It takes 1 month for Shisho leaves to be big enough for eating...

So before and after 1 month to become fluffy bushes.

See, Aiba-chan is doing the dirty work while...

the rest is just standing there LOL...
Watabe is apparently LOVE shisho and he's explaining his love for shisho passionately like, you can put shisho into anything and it becomes delicious, have you ever seen people saying 'you put shisho in it!' and dear Aiba-chan keeps on working and smiling while listening to Watabe being hyper and commenting 'indeed'
Watabe keep on going until the rest said 'yeah we get it.' LOL

The star veggie of the day... at #3 Shisho. For this time, let's make furikake (seasoning for rice --> tasty! yummy! cheap! (not cheap if you're not in Japan).

1. 'wash' the shisho with salt

Aiba-chan's hand show you how to do it*hand porn*

2. Lay the leaves on the plate one by one

Put in the microwave for 2 minutes

After microwave, it'll look crispy and covered with salt.
4. Throw into a zip lock and crush it

So Aiba-chan was too eager to crush the shisho that he forgot to close the zip until the rest reminded him. Ah Aiba-chan please never change XD.

Bonus cap: being pretty while doing mundane work is sinful for our eyes.

So here we have, shisho furikake!!! and what's the best? shisho furikake onigiri!

Everybody savoured the onigiri, nice smell!

Bonus cap: obligatory eating Aiba-chan...

Aiba-chan kept on repeating it's easy!!!

Ingredients: Shisho 7gr (about 10 pieces) Salt 1 tsp

Bonus cap for prettiness...

This seems like CCTV angle shot LOL.
If you have recipe to share using the 27 veggies from Aiba Manabu's home garden, you can submit your recipe on TV Asahi's website here.
Don't forget, next episode will be full of Aiba-chan cooking! Aiba-chan even mentioned that the episode is the hardest so far XD

Apparently there's a boom in home gardening...
