Last Hope at Fifth Episode

spsnWe're at the 5th episode now... don't you think Aiba-chan's acting improve? I do think so. Human learns to adapt, especially if you're surrounded by good supports. Sometimes he's still being led by the other cast, example on the scene with Tabe Mikako, but I think Aiba-chan now can show more eye expressions and a deeper moody look (well not that deep, but good enough for me)... and while still STAY PRETTY :p...
And the drama? More juicy tidbits are released in this episode and... they're seriously interconnected! Can't wait for the reveal!... and I hope FujiTV not making it to become an anticlimax...
Lots of Aiba-chan pretties this time...
You know you'll cap LOTS of Hatano sensei in this episode because as the rule of Last Hope goes, first frame of the episode will become the topic of the week...
In here, Hatano sensei did operation under guidance of the senior doctor. The conversation went that the senior doctor was quite pleased with Hatano sensei though he had doubt at the beginning but at the end praising the son of Hatano sensei senior. Takumi told this doctor that he never thought that his dad was a doctor in university hospital. Then it leads on to the talk when daddy was still a surgeon in the past. See the change of expression? Hatano sensei junior has the instinct to tell when he should start fishing for info. And turned out that Daddy's last patient passed away.
If Tachibana sensei has no hobby other than saving people's lives, Hatano sensei's hobby is brooding and wracking his brain about his past.
and the rest of the other doctors has real hobbies! No matter how .... they are especially our playboy doctor hahaha...
But their free time are soon got distracted by the one doctor without hobby...
Our dear Hatano sensei was giddy with happiness over his macaroon babies, the way he pick and choose which macaroons to eat was too cute! When Tachibana sensei called him to go down stair to help, his expression 'huh, now?' ooooo, he didn't get to eat his sweets hahaha...
Crazy doctor keeps on taking patients, which is why she demands help of her own team of 'gifted' doctors...
Blur doctor get into the lift... and out... and bewildered...
with the chaos...
Pretty doctor will look pretty despite of being in the chaos situation... sasuga... beloved national idol... it's in his blood to look pretty...
Patient of the day, a pregnant lady, 21 weeks with twins... and Hatano sensei sensed something wrong...
Investigation and conferencing started in the chaotic situation... quite different from previous episodes... The argument of which one to be saved? The mother? The babies?
Still look pretty while delivering bad news that I haven't really look into... will edit with more info when I have time. This time Last hope phrase is done by Tachibana sensei, but I cut it because the one who look at the patient with the assurance expression is our pretty doctor...
So, in the past Hatano sensei junior had an accident? Ah no wonder the son was suspicious, the dad refuse to donate blood for him?
Like the scene here... Other doctors were complaining that Tachibana had no other hobbies LOL, while the patient... was told of what happened to her and procedures and risks, when other doctor started helping out, the can't say no combi moved the patient to the OP room... all this probably done in the very short time... no time to lose...
Back in the past... sepia means the past... daughter was asking daddy about molecular biology... it's important to help people (the gist of it)...
Kobashi Kenta was daddy's hero... ohoooo look who we got here...
The doctors who could do the procedure were not in Japan *gasp* then how are they going to help the patient? Patient was trying so hard to have a baby. via trials of artificial insemination etc, she can't loose the babies and pleading to the 'can't say no' combi to help the babies...
Ogiwara sensei is hearing gossip over Teito university's doctor...
Hatano sensei... how can you ask the patient to give up the babies?... so... who can't say no with that kind of pleading... definitely not the combi... and Ogiwara sensei got caught as the third wheel because they need 3 people to do the procedure...
They look good working together though obviously Tachibana sensei doesn't like the pretty doctor... or think less of him...

Tachibana sensei was resolving that pretty doctor has to do the procedure. Hatano sensei obviously doesn't have the confidence, in fact he's scared but he wants to save the patient...
I like the scene here... In this part I think Aiba-chan acting improves... off course with the help of Tabe Mikako's, but I'm still happy to see that he's improving, hope one day, he'll be the one leading, not being led...

Well, at the end, Hatano sensei agrees and go back to normal... and start poking at Tachibana sensei again... she's not a machine to his amusement, in fact she's very passionate about her job...
Hmmm... daddy is asking his friend to take his son to work in his center...
Procedure begins... no blood in this episode too... pocking inside the womb and we see the babies...
still confident... and we see the blood vessel to be laser-ed off...
when it's the time to start... what happen? what's with that shaking?
Hatano sensei was scared... he's trying to overcome his shaking...
Komaki sensei tried to help easing the nervousness but at split second, Hatano sensei changed 180 degree...
And he's amused with himself and annoyed Ogiwara sensei...
Start erasing and pretty doctor with confidence is *love*...
Drained and overworked surgeons...
Off course, operation was successful, Love the hand shot here... it's full of love...
Pretty doctor is happy with the outcome :) All ends happy...
When there's 2 of them (Takagi sensei was not counted, he's sleeping), Hatano sensei starts to poke at Tachibana sensei again...

As usual... got ignored, things back to normal... so we won't have a lovey dovey scene between this combi? awww...
So, the team of doctor here didn't get their sleep because they need to start their rounds again... and the macaroon... not get eaten again...

OMG the smile! He's a good son! Look at the smile, it looks like the 5 year old kid smile when daddy praised him...
The son telling daddy that he got something important to talk about with him...
Daddy's inner thought: 'Oh god! what what what will he ask'
Son's inner thought: 'I gotta use this chanse! Must find out!
Extra pretties... though the last one is blurry...
Too much Aiba-chan? I doubt so... can't get enough of this pretty doctor... and I wish there's such a pretty doctor at the clinic nearby. I'll definitely go to see doctor whenever I got migraine wahaaa...
