BORDER! What an agony you left me!!!
Anybody watched BORDER??? Finished watching the whole series?
It's pretty short (ONLY freaking 9 episodes) and Shun Oguri didn't disappoint you.
I'll put my thoughts under the cut if you haven't watched it coz I just need to let all these feels go, else I won't be able to sleep to night
WHAT THE HELL WITH THE ENDING??? DRAMA, HOW CRUEL CAN YOU BE!!!
*take a deep breadth*
OK back track a little bit. We all know that Ishikawa is getting more edgy and taking higher risk on the last few episodes. His cases is getting tough and he was getting increasingly reckless. He's tasted the sourness of losing to the bad guy on Epi 7, but on this last episode, the whole situation and everything just set him loose. He can't barely control his cool appearance. Furthermore, the provoking from the 'perfect evil' killer is just... I as the audience want to kill the guy myself... so can imagine how much Ishikawa had been holding back.
And when he asked the old man *forget his name* about how to defeat the perfect evil, I sort of know that it's coming, BUT I fervently hope that Ishikawa didn't fall to the darkness... and I kept tip toe-ing across my sofa, restless as I watched the last 15 minutes... which is the part where Ishikawa was being tormented between the good & evil... and...
And we have this at the end??? Evil wins?

Damn it drama! My heart almost dropped when I saw that hand. And what's with 'Welcome to the dark side'? There's no warning, the ghost just appeared from the back and he could touch Ishikawa. What does that mean???
OMG, it's been a long time that I've watched a drama this good.
Now, Season 2??? Please please please!!!
Can Ishikawa redeem himself? Will he able to pedal back to the light?
If you haven't watched BORDER, hurry and watch it! This is one of the drama that I would recommend to anybody, it's THAT GOOD!
